近日，市場監(jiān)管總局辦公廳關(guān)于2019年度特種設(shè)備行政許可監(jiān)督抽查和行政處罰情況的通報。

此次監(jiān)督抽查采用重點抽查與“雙隨機(jī)”抽查相結(jié)合的方式，通報顯示，監(jiān)督抽查特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)單位26家、氣瓶制造單位10家、電梯制造單位40家。監(jiān)督抽查檢驗檢測機(jī)構(gòu)60家，其中綜合檢驗檢測機(jī)構(gòu)30家、無損檢測機(jī)構(gòu)20家、型式試驗架構(gòu)10家。

對存在問題的單位做出了處理意見，對9家單位依法注銷以下企業(yè)行政許可。對20家企業(yè)責(zé)令限期整改，并通報批評。于2020年6月30日前整改完畢。

經(jīng)查，深圳新日電梯公司、深圳亞洲富士電梯設(shè)備有限公司不滿足制造許可資源條件，廣州市振杰機(jī)械有限公司、浙江巨申電梯有限公司以欺騙等不正當(dāng)手段取得行政許可。依照相關(guān)法律，以上四個企業(yè)被依法吊銷許可證，三年內(nèi)不得再次申請電梯制造許可證的行政處罰。

General Office of Administration of Market Supervision has recently released the notice on selective examination and administrative penalty for license of special equipment 2019, which was conducted on 26 special equipment manufacturers, 10 air bottle manufacturers and 40 elevator manufacturers in a way of combing key examination and “double random” sampling, with the help of 60 inspection and testing institutes, including 30 comprehensive inspection and testing institutes, 20 non-destructive-testing ones and 10 type test ones.

The authority has dealt with the enterprises with problems. And 9 enterprises have their administrative licenses canceled, and another 20 ones are on a notice of criticism and required to rectify by June 30th, 2020.

However Shenzhen Xinri Elevator Company and Asia Fuji Elevator Co., Ltd. are found incapable of attaining the manufacturing license, Guangzhou Zhenjie Machinery Company and Zhejiang Jushen Elevator Company have been confirmed to win the license by improper means such as deception. The mentioned 4 enterprises have get their licenses canceled and are not allowed to apply for the manufacturing license in the next 3 years, according to the law.
