美國(guó)坦帕市（佛羅里達(dá)州）：本周四早晨，坦帕市兩名搬家工人被困在一座12層辦公樓的電梯中，當(dāng)?shù)叵绬T表示當(dāng)時(shí)還有濃煙從辦公樓頂層冒出。
這兩名工人當(dāng)時(shí)被困在10層和11層之間，那里是一個(gè)航空行政中心辦公室所在樓層。
隨后抵達(dá)的消防員去尋找冒煙的源頭，另一些人去救電梯受困者，當(dāng)時(shí)兩名工人通過(guò)朝電梯門(mén)外大聲呼救通知聽(tīng)到的人聯(lián)系救援人員。
消防員證實(shí)濃煙源頭為一座短路的電梯發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。上午10點(diǎn)半濃煙被熄滅。
兩名被困人員分別是35歲的Thompson Summers和24歲的Joseph Blakely，兩人都沒(méi)有受傷。
事發(fā)時(shí)，兩人正在電梯中前往12樓運(yùn)送家具，然后電梯突然停止了。消防員稱他們聽(tīng)到了火災(zāi)警報(bào)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)聞到濃煙味道，卻沒(méi)看見(jiàn)哪里冒煙。
兩名被救者之后又重返到工作中去。

Two freed from stuck elevator in smoky Tampa building

TAMPA — Two moving men were trapped in an elevator of a 12-story office building Thursday morning as smoke poured from a room on the top floor, Tampa Fire Rescue said.
The men were stuck between the 10th and 11th floors at the Airport Executive Center, 2203 N Lois Ave., authorities said.
As some firefighters searched for the source of the smoke, others worked on freeing the trapped men, who were able to communicate with rescuers by yelling through the metal elevator doors.
Fire crews removed smoke from the building and determined it came from a shorted-out elevator motor.
The scene was under control by 10:30 a.m.
The two men, Thompson Summers, 35, and Joseph Blakely, 24, didn't suffer any injuries, Fire Rescue said.
The workers for a St. Petersburg moving company, Doug's Hourly Muscle, were taking the elevator to the 12th floor to remove some furniture when the elevator stopped.
They heard the fire alarm and smelled smoke but say they never saw any smoke, Fire Rescue said.
After being freed from the elevator, they went back to work.
